Great value for NY trip- 30 minutes from Newark with good public transport options, not expensive, with two restaurants and fast food across the road. The room was spacious and well-equipped with AC, fridge, and microwave. Also, we enjoyed the pleasant staff and free parking.
Cleanliness needs to be enhanced with more daily rooms cleaning facilities and unpleasant toilet odor. Plus, there was no store to keep baggage when the check-out time comes.

It's super base for visiting some must see attractions in Pine Brook.
The room seemed musty. Sadly, but there was bad smell in some areas.

Pleasant staff, very clean rooms and great value. Near to the downtown, 10 minutes on foot. The bed was comfortable, no problems with sleep. Furthermore, they had free Wi Fi. We loved our time here...

they don't clean snow, you can hardly park your car, there is no closet in the room, you have to keep your clothes next to you on bed! and the air conditioner is miserable...

It was near, where I had to be. (Parsippany Sheraton)
It was an older motel, but it was ok

At least it was clean
I booked a room with 2 doubles as per the website but when I got to the hotel they only had rooms with choice of single queen or king bed so I had to share a bed with my adult son--no discount offered nor an apology. Continental breakfast was white bread and coffee. Wash rags and towels were so old they were gray and threadbare. It rained and the gutters all were so bad that water ran like a waterfall in front of the door and the side window had annoying dripping going on all night.

Price & Wifi
Very small quarters, not as clean as expected, front desk staff not as friendly as expected.

The price is very good!
Too much noisy. You can hear truck and cars passing by all night. The breakfeast is a joke don't even go for a breakfast in the morning. The last but not the least the bed was broken. Only couple towers in the rooms. Never go back!

The only advantages were the relatively low prices compared with other accomodations in the area, and the possibility to park just in front of your room // Las únicas ventajas eran el precio barato en comparación con otros alojamientos de la zona, y que podías dejar el coche en la misma puerta de la habitación.
The room was not very clean, even there was some sticky dirt on the alarm clock. Everything was old, including the bed and the TV. The room was noisy, you can hear everything other clients do. Breakfast just consisted of a coffee machine and a basket on the reception counter containing only 2 types of low-quality buns. To sum up: the worst motel I have ever seen // La habitación no estaba muy limpia que digamos, hasta había porquería pegada en el despertador.
